Susan B. Wilson

Susan Wilson is the owner of Executive Strategies, a practice that specializes in facilitating and providing fast, effective solutions for teams in the areas of leadership, team development, performance improvement, and goal achievement. She also provides performance enhancement coaching and life coaching to selected clients. She has a reputation for zeroing in on core issues, and creating new concepts to address them (i.e. GOMO!®, Junk Talk (sm), WOW! (sm), Pieces of Stupid (sm), Pieces of Truth (sm), F.A.S.T. Talk (sm), Leadership with Class (sm) and Personal Value Package (sm) ).

Most recently, she has written Gourmet Meetings on a Microwave Schedule and has just released five books relevant to her coaching practice: The Quick Fix that Really Sticks When You Are Wiped, Weary and Worn-Out; The Quick Fix that Really Sticks When You’re Not Sure You’ve Got What It Takes to be the Leader; The Quick Fix that Really Sticks When Your Confidence Takes a Dive; The Quick Fix that Really Sticks When You’re Working With and Through People...Even the Difficult Ones, and The Quick Fix that Really Sticks When Change is a Challenge. Her best-selling book, Goal Setting, has recently been released in a second edition.

As an accomplished speaker, Susan uses her flair for storytelling, comedic talent, and unique insight into human behavior to address the serious issues that affect achievement and morale in teams and in personal relationships as well as how to unleash the brilliance within each of us.

Susan Wilson is a graduate of The University of North Carolina (Greensboro). In addition, she has earned an M.S. from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Clarkson University (Potsdam, NY).
